Climate Geoengineering

There are two categories of climate geoengineering that are usually considered potentially applicable to managing climate through control of greenhouse gases and/or their effects. One is "carbon dioxide removal", and the other is "solar radiation management". Both have the feature of reducing or minimizing the global warming effect of greenhouse gases, but both also have potentially severe risks associated with their use, in the form of unexpected or unmanageable side effects.
